Statement regarding COVID-19

We know that many of you may be experiencing the impact of the Coronavirus already or will be worried about what it could mean over the coming weeks. As always, our priority is taking care of our employees, customers and business relations. Based on the regulations and recommendations of the local governmental bodies and health authorities, we have taken measures to prevent further spread of the Coronavirus in order to guarantee the continuity of our services.

What does this mean for you as a customer?

Dynniq plays a crucial and critical role in the continued functioning of our infrastructure. Wherever possible, we will also carry out the necessary maintenance in the event of a lockdown. Our continuity plan provides scenarios in which an increasing number of employees may be absent at the same time. Maintaining and managing our customers’ existing operational systems is our highest priority. We have adjusted our work processes and the available capacity of our team to minimize the impact for you as much as possible.

Measures taken by Dynniq

  • Many of our employees work from home. Our employees have all the necessary facilities for working from home so that we can guarantee the quality of work.
  • Our Customer Service Desk will be operating as normal to respond quickly to any faults.
  • In the event of illness, our employees stay at home and consult their local doctor. Where possible, the planned work is taken care of by a colleague or will be rescheduled.
  • We want to protect our employees and business relations as much as possible and therefore ask for a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between the contact persons on location in the event of joint maintenance or installation work and deliveries.
  • To prevent employees with similar company critical expertise from being infected, we have split our departments as much as possible into an A and B team that have no face-to-face interaction with each other.
  • Our employees take regular precautions at all times.
  • The hygiene measures at all our offices have been upgraded.
  • Scheduled appointments at our office or at external locations take place online wherever possible.
  • The daily developments regarding the virus are closely monitored by our team. Business processes are adjusted where the local governmental bodies and health authorities deem it necessary.
