Dynniq planning to shape the future in telematics technology…

Basingstoke, 22nd June 2017 – Recognising industry requirements for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure connectivity, Dynniq has formed a new strategic technology partnership with Smart Asset Manager Ltd (SAM) to develop the next generation in fleet management solutions.

Through this technology partnership Dynniq will broaden the value of telematics and provide data from vehicles to measure key business metrics in areas such as emissions, fuel savings and road service conditions.

Graeme Warne, Business Development Manager at Dynniq, commented; “The future is very exciting for Dynniq. Telematics is well-proven in the general sense of providing real-time information on a vehicle’s location, availability and traffic conditions. Our ability to take this further by coupling data from road infrastructure with vehicle information will provide a basis to improve the driver experience, the environment and provide additional cost saving opportunities for businesses and local authorities. In addition technology integration will promote smoother traffic flows and more comfortable journeys in the years ahead”.

Dynniq telematics will be powered by the intelligent SAM engine with a modular design to match the specific key requirements of a business. The system encompasses a vast selection of applications aimed specifically at reducing fleet running costs, improving driver safety, and maximising operational efficiency. Dynniq will provide a single, online software platform to manage, locate and report on remote assets; vehicles, people and plant equipment. The system provides complete visibility of the fleet and assets 24/7.

Stewart Hall, Technical Director at Smart Asset Manager Ltd, added; “The team at SAM are very excited about working with a forward thinking business such as Dynniq. The plans we are putting in place will deliver a range of products and services that use cutting edge technology and data management systems.”
